and now there is a new update for this wonderful game A trio of mischievous doves have arrived on the TF2 blog. Clicking on each of the birds reveals a screenshot--one depicts a hospital, while the other two showcase a waiting room and a doctor's office. Reportedly, these same doves have been appearing in-game as well.
